Hmm. . second word looks like Marie or Maria on the inside of the shoe – I wouldn’t be surprised if the hearts were added on (like shoe clips)

I’m 99% sure those are plain pumps with shoe clips – I think I’ve seen those clips on etsy. Will browse and post if I can find them again.

I did some deeper digging into google and it looks like these are actual shoes assembled together with the applique.  They have different finishes on the shoe… I couldn’t read the language so no clue there, but I’ll keep trying.

i think it’s one of those shoes from korea or thailand or china. i google image searched it and other than repost pages, i get sites from those countries. so i’m guessing that’s it.

but like mandypop suggested, you can buy a pair pf plain pumps and find a clip on similar to that. if you’re crafty or know someone who is, maybe you can diy.
