Awww so sweet! Chances are they won’t need the formula but will be very happy with the wet food. You might want to soften the dry food with some warm water for their little teeth. Also, be prepared for stinky cat poops. I don’t know what it is about kittens, but their poops stink SO bad!!!! And in general, they’re kind of smelly, LOL! I used to work bottle feeding kittens in at our local humane society, so I’ve run the gammut of stinky kittens.

Adorable! I litter train kits with shredded newspaper and then switch to non-clumping (traditional clay) after they get the idea. DO NOT use clumping litter with kittens – it can completely clog their tiny intestines! Our vet recommends formula until at least 6 weeks old and I keep mine on it until they are 8 weeks old. Dilute the wet food with formula and add a bit of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!) if their poops are runny or if they get constipated.

So cute! It sounds like you have everything, except toys! lol… the vet estimated my kittens were 4 weeks old & within a week or 2, they were obsessed with their toys.

At 4 weeks old, I just added a little bit of formula to their wet food & put some dry food in there too. The wet food & formula would soften up the dry food, but it wouldn’t soak it.

I can tell you that my cats have the GREATEST personalities ever. They were given a lot of attention cause they were so young (& sick) but now they love to be held & snuggle & I’ve never had cats so trusting of me. So I’m sure your kittens will bond extra well with you & be super sweet cats :).

ETA: their toys were just rolled up balls of aluminum foil or paper, open paper bags, they LOVED cardboard boxes & would chew on it. I got them toys too, but they’re favs were always the “free” toys :). Bottle caps (the big plastic ones, not the metal kind).

I have never raised kittens, but I just wanted to say they are so cute!  Good Luck. If all else fails, string is the best option!

Aw, so cute!  I don’t really have an advice or things to add.  Maybe another kitty litter box if you have space for it.  My vet told me to have one per cat.  Also, be prepared for the formula to be expensive!  I raised 4 kittens when they were just days old until that age (we found then in an alley and their mother never returned).  I kept one and I adore him.  But he’s kinda mischevious and I think it’s because he wasn’t really able to socialize or be taught by his mother.
