Also. I’ve interviewed a lot of people. Hands down, the most important thing is confidence. Whatever you end up wearing, own it. I’d rather see someone in a cardigan and skirt with the attitude of “I am absolutely the best fit for this job, and let me show you why”, rather than someone dressed perfectly, but can’t answer a question.

UPDATE: Thank you so much for all the input bees!!! I had the interview this afternoon and it went great. I wore B, tucked the shirt in, it really did look better thank to all who suggested it! I did not wear the cardigan. The president who was doing the interview even said I was over dressed for what they expect on a daily basis. I’d rather be over dressed than under!!
It was a very casual interview, it went pretty well. At the end he said I was in the top few candidates so that is good. They have to fill two positions so keep your fingers crossed for me!!!
