Hi Busy Bees, I finally got my wife’s ring from http://www.MoissaniteCo.com looks beautiful. I got it tested at a jewelry store and they said it was a G/H, VVS1, excellent cut and tested for a diamond. I got nothing but compliments from everyone so far but I do see a yellow tint in pure white light when I look at the stone not straight on. Other than that its perfect.
But I need help deciding if I should upgrade to an Amora centre stone or not. Has anyone exchanged their ForeverBrilliant for an Amora????
The last pic has a tint of yellow I was talking about.

I would keep the one you have! From what I’ve heard, all non-diamond alternatives reflect the colors like that!

It’s beautiful! She may really, really like that bit of yellow in it– I want an unenhanced moissanite because I like the hint of yellow! That bit of color makes stones more interesting, I think, but probably the best way to resolve this question would be for you to make the suggestion to her after you give it to her, and see what she says.

That is such a beautiful ring – good work! Maybe let your SO choose. There’s a waiting list for the amora moissanite anyway. So once you propose (and congratulations btw!) let her wear it for a while with the idea that if she doesn’t like the yellow tint then she can change it. Note though that forever brilliant moissanite is rated as an I-J (faces up whiter) and the amora is rated as an H and faces up around a G. The yellow tint may still be there in the amora, but it may be less noticeable.
