It’s not even like it in small tiny tiny writing!!! Its huge!
@rachel_leigh: That is why I had to show the picture! Its all fancy and nice and pretty. It didn;t even occur to me that the please be generous was on a seperate line!

@cbee: I know! I didn’t go to the bachelorette party, but I did go to one of the bridal showers. But she had a crowd there. Then that made me more upset really. We exchanged an awkward “hi” and a few “what have you been doing these days” but that was about it.

Bwaaahaaahaaaa what a JOKE! I would RSVP yes and not go 😉
Ok, so I’m a mean girl. Check. got it.

Get her a gift bag. Problem?
Post # 141
@Beluga: That’s a good idea. Hey, it’s not a box.
Post # 142
OH MY!!! What would possess someone to do that. you should send a small GIFT BOX! with 2 Cents and a note…. “Here’s my 2 Cents… oh yea and never ask for money and NEVER EVER ask someone to be generous.- Congrats!”
HA and I def wouldnt go!

Oh dear! Thanks for posting this, it gave me a good laugh!!

Oh wow. This is hilarious/shocking/sad/ridiculous on so many levels!
I would also not go, but I would be *SO* curious as to what the wedding would look like.
People never cease to amaze me.
So…. I take it they didn’t register anywhere? 🙂

Extremely tacky!! Obvivously she didn’t read any etiquette books….wonder what kind responses she’s getting from people….
Post # 146
what the actual fuck. i’m on team 2 cents!
Post # 147
@meliss: Yes! Do that! Perfect!!!!
And then buy her a $10 toaster. And bring it to the wedding, NOT in a box. hahahaha!!!
Post # 148
Wow. I wouldn’t even think about RSVP’ing. Or I’d send her a damn gift in spite of her. That is absolutely rude.
Post # 149
@rachel_leigh: I second that, then send her a letter like
“I was going to get you a gift, but since you mentioned donating them to Goodwill, I just made a donation with the money I would have spend on your gift, in your name. Congratulations!”
Be sweet and polite just to really stick it to her!

@futuremrshc: Oh, I like! Very clever.
Post # 151
Wow, she actually wrote that she would throw away gifts? WTH.
Normally, I’m against stirring the pot, but I seriously think she deserves a snarky response for that.
