Where I live, there are $1 jewelry stores. I’d check there and get as many as possible in the colors you want or could paint, and use those as your base. Then I’d get some vintage ones from antique stores, and some nicer ones on sale at places like Dillards, and put those over the top, since they will be nicer looking and probably prettier than the one dollar ones. You could also use large vintage buttons if you could find them and you aren’t 100% set on having all flowers. Pendants work, too.

@deandrea.love:  Um….that’s stupid expensive. Unless there are real gemstones or gold in those brooches. They AREN’T that hard or expensive to make. Not by half.

+1 on Dollar stores. I found these two in my silk bouquet at the 99 cents store. I wish I would have bought all they had now! I only bought the two 🙁
