I don’t but virtually everyone else in my family has severe anxiety.

I’m sorry about whatever happened with a loved one; I’m no stranger to family treating you like crap and I know how hard that can be…

Have you ever gone to a doctor about your anxiety? My mom has been medicated for hers for a few years now and it has made a world of a difference for her without side effects…

@SweetRose2011: So sorry about this πŸ™ I’ve never had one..would it help to call your Fiance or a good friend and talk to them when it happens? Or try to grab a break and go sit somewhere quiet to calm down?

Awe! *Hugs!* I have had three and they are HORRIBLE! The best thing you can do is take a day to yourself and relax. If you still feel sick within the next day or so, then maybe go to the doctor. They really suck big time I know πŸ™ I hope you’re feeling better soon!

@hisgoosiegirl: Haha I know, right? I like your responses, though… I think you’re my new fave Bee! πŸ˜‰

@brideatbeach: Awwwww πŸ™‚ Annnnd I see we just did the same thing on the fitting thread haha.

@SweetRose2011: That’s good – has the drive-through been working the last couple days?
And boo to stupid people being mean over text.

@SweetRose2011: Ohhhhhhh, the cousin you went to see and completely shut you out? Sometimes people need to make their own mistakes no matter how much we want to help them :

For some reason, your screen name is very memorable to me so I tend to ‘notice’ ones that you post. I apologize if that sounds stalkerish! I remembered the drive-through thing from a chat this week – with the funny picture about you stabbing yourself on the Arby’s straw (Arby’s is FI’s fave fast food place)!

Sorry to hear that, dear!  I haven’t had an anxiety attack in a while, but they are no fun.  I used to have a prescription for Xanax for when I would feel one coming on…never ended up taking it, though.

@SweetRose2011: That’s how I have had to be with my two sisters. They know the door is open if they want to make things right, but I had to be firm and hold my ground… it’s so hard when it’s people you really love and care about. :/ Sorry for you!

@SweetRose2011: No, I don’t think I’ve ever heard that! Although I can probably guess on the 2011 haha.

I’ve only been on the bee for a couple months – got bored at work the day of the royal wedding and kind of stumbled on the Bee to read all about it. And got promptly hooked. Actually though, during alot of the planning when I’d google random wedding stuff, results from the Bee would pop up and it was so helpful to me. I <3 the bee πŸ™‚
