Oh I feel your pain 🙁

You still have 5 months for your hair to grow so you might be able to do stuff with it! I would go and have a hair trial a few weeks before your wedding to see what you can do with it!

Take a Multi Vitamin, or some prenatals…they will make your hair grow! but i love short hair…i grew mine out specifically for the wedding but i used to always rock the short do. ill probably cut it after.

I second prenatals – they worked wonders for my hair and nails!

I third the prenatals!! I started taking them last month and my nails are shooting out of my finger tips. Eww sorry if that gave you a horror movie visual. lol My hair is currently shoulder length because I cut it under my ear lobe. I now want to wear a side bun or ponytail for the wedding and I need more hair! If push comes to shove I’ll buy some clip on extensions so I can have the length.

i’m keeping my hair long for the wedding but am literally itching to chop it all off. i seriously can see myself cracking one day and just cutting it before the wedding because i’m so sick of it. i’m really trying to hold out though because i have this lovely vision of a low updo, and with my fine hair i really need length for that. but if i did cut it off (as you did – bravo!), i’d stick a big flower behind me ear, or get a cute bridal-y headband.

There is nothing wrong with short hair. I know it’s not the norm to have short hair at your wedding, but you can honestly do what ever you want. I have really short hair… a lot shorter than yours. I used to have long long long hair and I was just sick of it, so I finally got up the nerve to get it all chopped off. We’re talking pixie cut a little over a year ago now. When I first got engaged I was thinking the same thing. Oh man! now I have to grow it out. I love my hair short. Everyone else seems to love it too. I constatnly get compliments on how I have a great bone structure for short hair. My fiance loves it too, so I decided that I’m keeping it short. It will be a million times easier for the wedding anyway. I’m going with a feathered headband and short veil. My former roommate is an Aveda hairstylist, so she’s going to help me get the perfect short hair look for my big day. I know it won’t take long and I won’t really have to worry about my hair getting messed up either. I say own it! Love it! and if you don’t you still have time to grow it out some more before the big day. Don’t stress it’s just hair and it will grow back.
