- Wedding: May 2020 - Austin, TX
My nightmare began with completey skipping our chapel ceremony. Somehow that was forgotten about by all. So we decide well we will just have the ceremony at the reception site. Then my mother ( who is in IRL is a bit of a mess sometimes ) is running off crying and disappearing and no one can find her. I am not dressed and desperatly trying to find somewhere to get my bride look together while also trying to track done my MIA mother. It was just a mess! Anyone else start having nightmares about their big day? I have a ways off and we are pretty ahead of the game as far as planning so felt pretty random for that come out of no where.

Oh my goodness I had so many ridiculous dreams. They were the worst about 8 months out when our planning was most intense, then they dropped off until right before the day. kaykibbs87 :

I have so many “nightmares” that end up actually being hilarious when I wake up.
the biggest one I used to have was that I forgot to order the hair piece from Etsy I was going to wear. Idk why I kept having that dream because if that actually happened, I wouldn’t even care haha. So finally I just ordered it so I’d stop having the dream.
then my brain decided that wasn’t enough, and I had a dream that even though I ordered the hair piece, i forgot to put it in before the wedding, haha.

Yes, my nightmares consistently were that I wasn’t on time (I am never on time) and the more I tried to rush to be ready the more later it got until eventually we missed the entire day! Awful! & It’s weird you’ve posted this because last night I had a dream about my wedding, that’s already happened, and it was that I showed up and it was christmas themed and I was so upset!!

Yes! I had this dream awhile ago that no one would dance. Like everyone just stayed sitting the entire reception. And then at the end of the dream, I realized I didn’t remember the ceremony at all and I was devastated, haha.

I have had plenty. They’re usually about the flowers! How they’ll turn out awful, people won’t come, I can’t find my lipstick! All these crazy dreams
