@coolbride125:  I’m with you. I jusy had a hot dog, TWO cans of soda and had a bowl of noodles for breakfast @@

I was doing so well and then i CHEATED majorly. Let’s get back on track! We can do it!

@coolbride125:  Do you NEED to lose weight for the wedding? If you diet, you’ll only gain the weight back after. I realize that you want to look ideal for your wedding day, but I am not sure that driving yourself crazy over this is a good idea.

Just try to stick to eating healthy and work out a bit more, but don’t do any major deprivation. You’ll look great… even with an extra few pounds.

until your *first* wedding?  teehee.

anyway, is it really worth it to diet now?  isn’t your dress already altered to your body.  just don’t binge!  eat whatever, but when you’re full, STOP!
