@stace0616:  I would need to see a pic of the dress.

When is the wedding in which you will be  a bridesmaid?

@stace0616:  Aww I’m so sorry hon, I know it’s miserable trying to lose weight and it seems to go from all the wrong places.  But listen, assuming your icon photo is you then you are GORGEOUS and you’ll be a beautiful bride, no doubt, no matter what size you happen to be.

Awww… don’t get down on yourself! *hugs*  Dresses in the bridal industry generally run a few sizes small to begin with, so it’s not you.  Are there matching scarves made out of the same material and color that you can order in the same size?  You can use the fabric from the scarf to add to the parts to make the dress just right for you.

For example:

In times like these, just remember to focus on *you*.  Don’t let a dress have the power to make you feel down.   Losing 30 lbs. is an awesome accomplishment!

Things will work out, I promise!

Can you get a dress made, or add extra fabric? My sister is getting hers made by a friend ( she’s my MOH) and the dresses in the salons never fit properly.
