To stretch out the backs of your arms, try this move 

I find that’s what’s helps me the best – I usually get pretty sore there (esp. after Jillian’s other video, No More Trouble Zones!) and this really seems to loosen everything up.

I swear this does get easier!!  I use 3# weights, my 5s are too heavy and I don’t want to build up too much muscle.

Yes to the shoes–JM has a lot of bouncing and that support is important

Yes to the bra–regardless of chest size the girls need lots of support.  All that bouncing causes sagging.  Target carries the Champion sub-line.

I used 1/2lb weights the first time, and increased by 1/2lb every week.  Also, if you properly hydrate before, then you should be able to make it through 20 minutes without water.  It’s kinda hard, but maybe you could build up to it?  Try eating orange slices instead of downing water after.  That way you won’t throw up!  🙂
