SO many bees seem to be suggesting/wearing peep toe pumps for their wedding. Are there any bees out there who absolutely hate peep toes like I do? They’re like mullet heels! There are just so many other classy, timeless, close toed shoes that you could choose! Sorry for the rant, I’m just so over this trend

So… don’t wear them? Personally I like them, especially in flats.

I agree. Open toe shoes don’t belong at weddings IMO; They’re too casual.

I hate peep toes, too, because for the most part they always hurt my toes that stick out.

Trend? They’ve been around since the 40’s at least, and go in and out of favor over time. I love them.
There’s so many different styles of shoes available, I’d wear what I like the best anyway.

I’m not sure how I would feel about them at my own wedding but in general life I like them! I’m with you that you could totally rock another type of shoe 😀 closed toed flats for me!

So if you dont like them then dont wear them. Personally I love them and hate closed toe ones, therefore I dont wear them. But I wouldnt make a thread about closed toe heels

Then don’t wear them. I don’t think my shoes were too casual at all:

I think peep toed shoes are fabulous, but to each their own.

@Soon_To_Be_Mrs_T: Then don’t wear them. There are thousands of styles of shoes you can wear at your wedding. Personally, I love peep toes, I think they are stylish and still classy. I don’t think there’s anything casual about my shoes.

@Soon_To_Be_Mrs_T: I hate them too.. but obviously not to the extent that you do! I’d never wear them. They make me feel awkward.

To each their own? The shoes for my rehearsal are peep toe. But not for the wedding. Some pairs can hurt my toes, but that’d be the only thing I have against them. Fabulous shoes are fabulous.
