Mine is about your length with long layers and long side swept bangs. I think having a good cut and the layers are key to its manageability. I wear it down just about everyday, but I do use product along with a flat iron or a curling iron to style it. If I didn’t, it would totally have a mind of its own.
You might want to try one of the sulfate free shampoos. I use Pureology (expensive, but you only need a little) and it makes my hair sooo much more manageable and soft.

I wear mine down most of the time when we go out but it is usually up in a messy bun or ponytail at home. I have fairly long and thick hair, about halfway down my back. I am going to do a post-wedding chop though! I love the look of short, cute ponytails.

I never wear my hair up unless I’m working out or lounging around at home. I hate the way I look with it all pulled up.

@Evanstobe: I’m always on the go, so it’s easiest for me to just throw my hair back in a bun. I like the look of my hair down if I flat iron it, but I never have the time to do that!

I LOVE to change how I wear my hair… I like it up, down, half up, in pigtails when I am in the mood, straight, wavy, or curly etc. This is due to the fact that my crazy strict mother made me wear my hair in one single braid at the middle of my head from kindergarten until 12 years old. Needless to say, you would not catch me wearing that hairstyle again. I also like to change it up because of that.

I’m the exact opposite. I HATE wearing my hair down. Where I use to work, I had to wear it up and the second I was off/went on break it came down. I feel too unnattractive with my hair up.

I’m quite lazy with my hair actually. I just throw it into a ponytail most days because it takes a solid half hour to straighten it. If time weren’t the issue, I would love to wear it down all the time.

I have SO MUCH HAIR and it is SO THICK that leaving it down can be super uncomfortable because my hair is so heavy. I prefer wearing it up in a high bun but my Fiance thinks my hair looks better down. Doesn’t matter because by the end of the day, my hair is up in a bun!

@Evanstobe: I’m the opposite and prefer it down, I feel like my face looks fuller when it’s up!

My hair is long, down to my lower back. It gets caught on car doors, cabinets, my purse, zippers, everywhere. It’s never down unless I’m with Fiance. he loves it long and down or I swear I would have a pixie cut, and I can’t even pull one off.

I can’t stand wearing my hair up. I think it makes my face look fatter because it draws focus on my face.

I used to hate having my hair down because it was short and I didn’t like it. Now I almost always have it down because it’s long and flowy and I can do so much with it. I really only wear it up at nightone fore bed or if I’m too lazy to shower that day lol

I wear my hair down pretty much every day to go to work/ out and about, but tie it in a low pony or messy bun as soon as I’m home to keep it out of the way. I rarely tie my hair up to go out. 1. because I have psoriasis around my hairline and ears and I like to hide that, 2. because tying my hair up for long periods of time gives me a headache! 3. I think I look better with my hair down and most people tell me that too.

I have chronic frizz so my hair doesn’t behave when it’s down. If I get it straightened I’ll leave it down (which my husband loves) but on a regular day I can ‘t be bothered.

At work I wear mine up 95% of the time because I can’t stand it getting in my way/dirty feeling. When I do occasionally wear it down I get comments from coworkers and regular customers like omg she’s wearing it down! However when I get off I usually put it down on the way home actually.
