There is such a tiny difference between those two sizes you’d barely be able to tell the difference. Love the ring you have and just be grateful to your Fiance that he loves you and gave you that symbol of his commitment to you.

I think you’ll have to speak with a jeweler to see icagily can fit a bigger stone into that setting.

I agree with PP that the difference will be so small that I don’t think it will even look visibly different, especially in a halo. I’m normally totally on board for more bling, but I don’t think it will be much bang for your buck in this case. I would stick with what you have.

It is beautiful just the way it is! Don’t touch it!

You likely cannot put that much larger a stone in that setting. You would need a new setting. I also think you would be paying a lot (the 1ct premium assuming you still keep quality and will not go for .97 or something) for something that won’t change the current overall visua much, given the halo.

If it was a solitaire, you would get more of a visual change.

My setting is actually pretty similar and they told me if I went bigger I would have to get a whole new set. I would ask the jeweler if it’s even feasible.

I don’t think it would make any difference. Stick with what you have!

I don’t think it would look the same. Just leave it alone.

Your rings are PERFECT and this is from a self professed diamond whore. Time to move on to something else my friend.. Like a pendant or earrings 🙂 I love your whole set and wish I could find those bands for my split shank.

I agree, it’s a small size difference and probably not worth the hassle. With the halo and the bands your ring is already quite large.

I don’t think there will be enough of a difference to justify the cost difference, and I also think it would be difficult to get a bigger stone into a setting like that, so I would just leave it as is.
