I totally think that can work! There are a bunch of bees who have done this and it usually turns out great. First, practice to be sure you know what to do and how you want to arrange things. Also check what flowers are likely to be available at that time of year. If you’re doing bouts or bouquets, practice making those. You will likely want to get the flowers the day before, so you will need a cool space to keep them so they don’t wilt. And you will need to designate someone or several someones to be in charge of putting them together, unless your day of coordinator will do that. The DOC will be hugely helpful for lots of other stuff as well. So this will take some planning but is totally possible and will likely save you a huge amount of money!

Bumble bee

I found a flower vendor that works out of her home.  She’s charging me $250 for 4 boutineers, 3 bouquets and 10 centerpieces.   Search around for that option. I almost went with bulk from Sam’s Club/Costco…until I found her. I realized I didn’t want to deal with flower arrangements at the last minute. I’m having a 50 person wedding. Very small, intimate and causual.
