@littlemisst08:  Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken ? It’s awesome! Or even just plain stuffed chicken.

Stuff it with either goat cheese, spices and pepper or u can use cream cheese, garlic, salt and red peppers. Flatten the chicken breast and dab a spoon full in the middle, wrap it and secure with toothpicks. Bake it in the oven ๐Ÿ™‚

That with some baked asparagus .

Or, cut up the chicken and cook it on the pan. Put it on top of asian sesame salad with pecans.

You should make cajun chicken pasta. It’s super simple. Cube the chicken and cook it. Melt a tablespoon or two of butter. Add in about 1/2 cup of cream, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic and onion (either garlic and onion salt of a clove of garlic and some roasted onion.) Let it thicken for a bit. While that’s going, cook some pasta. Add the pasta and the chicken to the pan with the sauce, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Voila!

I just made “baked fried chicken” last night. Super easy and really delicious. Put it with quinoa, but you could use rice or whatever. Since the breaded chicken sounds good…

It seems plain, but has a great flavor (the paprika I assume).

Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk. Let soak for 20-30 min.

Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl: 1/2 tsp. Salt

1 T Season All 3/4 tsp Pepper 1c.Flour
2 tsp. Paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 1/2 stick of butter into a few pieces and place in a 9×13 pan. Melt butter in pre-heated oven.

Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray the pan, if needed, to make sure that there are no dry spots.

Shake excess milk off of chicken and completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix. You can either shake the chicken in the bag, until coated, or dip each piece in the bowl until coated.

Place each piece of chicken in the pan.
Cook for 20 min. Turn each piece of chicken and continue cooking for 20 more minutes, or until cooked through.
