I alwasy wear pantyhose when I wear a dress or formal wear.  It does wonders with sucking everything in and covering up bruises (as well as not quite shaven legs.)  Embarassed

I only wear black or colored ones, and only because I love short dresses but am too cold in the winter. I think they are incredibly uncomfortable and woulnd’t wear them otherwise.

I have to wear them at work if I wear a skirt or dress. It’s company policy.

I don’t think I love them, but I acknowledge their awesomeness and might wear them outside of work every now and then.

are pantyhose tights?

pantyhose sounds like a weird word… no wonder people say they’re for grannies!

I wear tights all the time! especially under dresses. they make my legs look and feel gorgeous!

@MissFireFlower:  I almost never leave the house in a skirt or dress without pantyhose (save for maybe a REALLY hot day) because they make my legs look SO much nicer. If wearing hose makes you an old lady at 26 then sign me up because I’m on board for life!

Blech.  I hate pantyhose.  They’re itchy, they’re expensive (to purchase, and because they last about 15 minutes before you brush up against some DUST and they run) they make you prone to yeast infections and they make your feet smelly (both because of the lack of breathability)

@Miss Jackrabbit:  We call any nude, skintone, or semi-sheer tights pantyhose.  Tights are really just pantyhose that come in colors and tend to be thicker/more opaque.  I had no idea it was an American thing to use the term pantyhose but even wikipedia confirms it.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantyhose

I’m really not a fan of the “crotchal” region of pantyhose, but I have a serious love affair with thigh highs paired with a garter belt!

I wear them to work every day. I do think they make my dry and pale legs looks better. lol also, if my shoes are a bit tight, I feel like they fit a bit better when I’m wearing pantyhose.  I’m the youngest one in my office and the only one that wears them!

Love them!  I wear them everyday to work.  I can’t stand the feeling of wearing shoes without socks or pantyhose.  YUCK!

@MissFireFlower:  I LOVE pantyhose!! They’re SOO silky! And, if you don’t shave in the winter (like me… don’t hate) it’s not as easy to tell!!
