ohhhh I’ve been delegating! luckily, my mom and sister have been volunteering a lot of their time and effort happily! I would just ask them to do things in bits and pieces so they don’t get overwhelmed…

@HappyBride827:  I do not have a wedding coordinator or planner…yet. I plan to have a DOC. So far, I am the main one who has found all of our vendors and Fiance and I split the responsibility of contacting potential vendors. I’m happy we decided to keep it among ourselves because we are getting what we want and not what others want us to get as far as vendors. For example, my Future Mother-In-Law advised us to contact a wedding photographer (someone in their family used them) and we hated this company’s work. It wasn’t our style at all. We picked our own photographer who we love her work and our e-pics and mf Future Mother-In-Law was “wowed”.

Our moms, his aunt, and BMs will help us with our DIY stuff but that’s about it. I didn’t want to pass out responsibilities to anyone because none of my BMs share the same style as I do and have no clue about weddings.
