I re-started my calorie counting today…I wanted bad food SO bad that I just cut down the portion…one egg, half a piece of toast and 3 pieces of the oscar meyer pre-cooked bacon. Because I “needed” it lol

i found calorie counting to be very helpful but once i get back into the swing of things i just usually do egg whites for breakfast fruit turkey sandwich for lunch and chicken and veggies for dinner!
gummy bears and chocolate are so good! you should try it!
