I love the coat!  Where did you get it?

If I were accessoring that coat and those boots, and it was very cold, I would probably do a nice, dark pair of skinny jeans and a simple white tee, and then a scarf in a pretty, grey-ish, textured color.  I think with the statement coat, a scarf, and pretty knee-high boots, the turban headband might cover your face too much.

Love what you have so far! I would stick with jewel tones to compliment the jacket. You could do sapphire blue, a deep turquoise, or I even like the idea of the mustard yellow headband.

I like the skirt idea – the coat and tights are both great and should be on display.  The boots are cute too.  What color headband are you thinking of?

@MrsNeutrino: I know what you mean!  I tend to gravitate towards all black too.  I actually had a similar color palette for my e-pics style, but I wore a black dress and coat with tights the same color as your coat, and midcalf cognac cowboy boots.  I really liked the warmth of the cognac with the jewel tone tights, so a warm gold or yellow might be an option as well.

I like the idea of a grey scarf and black gloves too though – this scarf is particularly cute:

ETA: The emerald green is pretty too!  Would you tuck the front in?

I think the coat, tights and pumps would be awesome, no scarf or headband in my opinon, or maybe just the turban headband for a few of them.  or if you really wnat something “winter’ish” maybe a cute shrug knit beanie or a beret? something thats going to keep your face open and free for the camera!

Love your color choices, im currently obsessed with the Maroons/Burgandys along with the Mustard’y Yellows, you have some great taste @MrsNeutrino:!

@MrsNeutrino: I don’t think it would be too much. I love the ruffle emerald green scarf! It’s gorgeous!
