Not going to lie–I think it’s a bit strange to try on a wedding dress when you’re not engaged, but to each her own. I just think it takes away a bit from the excitement and specialness of the engagement period if you have everything done already.

I have tried on severalllll dresses. AND I BOUGHT MINE IN APRIL. I am not even engaged yet!! Sure when I get engaged and put it back on, it will feel even more real, but that doesn’t change the fact that I still love it.

RhianfaHW:  Is that like superstitious bad luck or something?! That’s what I would think & not try it on before I got engaged! And yeah, as PP said above, once you’re officially engaged and actively planning your wedding, the dress shopping will make things super special and very real. But to each their own! Do what makes you happy 🙂
