… I bought a voucher for a boudoir photoshoot! I’ve always wanted to do this, and now it is finally within financial reach. The only thing is, now I definately have to lose that last ten pounds! It’s a great motivator, I’ll say that. So excited!
What do you use to motivate yourself to eat clean and work out?

yay!! great job using a good motivator!
My motivator is my healthy and wanting to have children. I am at a weight that puts me at risk in pregnancy (at my height, if you weight over 190lbs you are at risk for issues during pregnancy). So, I have about 40lbs to loose and want it gone asap.
I just started a 2 week clean eating “cleanse” today. I am eating only whole, non processed foods. I am a vegetarian so eating lots of fruits and vegies I like, but no carbs is very difficult! I want to do this for 2 weeks for a great cleanse to start my weight loss. Then, I plan on incorportating things like plain oatmeal and brown rice. We are starting a group weight loss at work tomorrow so that is also another great motivator!!
This coming weekend I have a family reuinion and the following week we are going on vacation! Both great motivators as well. I am a bit nervous on what I will eat while on vacation though…

Good luck! I still don’t really eat clean but I try to just eat decently well. Make sure to include all types of exercise: cardio, weight training, and intervals in order to get the best results. You can do it, you will look amazing!

@bestbuddies: Yikes to no carbs! I don’t know if I would have the willpower, but I am sure that you’ll do well! You have a really great motivator! You shouldn’t worry too much about the vacation, I bet you’ll be able to find some sensible options. Where are you going?
@MrsSaltWaterTaffy: I do go to the gym regularly and lift weights, and I’ve started walking to school as well (it’s a 50 minute walk.) My biggest cardio crush is hula hooping, however. It is SOOO addictive and fun!
