yay!! great job using a good motivator!

 

My motivator is my healthy and wanting to have children. I am at a weight that puts me at risk in pregnancy (at my height, if you weight over 190lbs you are at risk for issues during pregnancy). So, I have about 40lbs to loose and want it gone asap.

I just started a 2 week clean eating “cleanse” today. I am eating only whole, non processed foods. I am a vegetarian so eating lots of fruits and vegies I like, but no carbs is very difficult! I want to do this for 2 weeks for a great cleanse to start my weight loss. Then, I plan on incorportating things like plain oatmeal and brown rice. We are starting a group weight loss at work tomorrow so that is also another great motivator!!

 

This coming weekend I have a family reuinion and the following week we are going on vacation! Both great motivators as well. I am a bit nervous on what I will eat while on vacation though…

Good luck!  I still don’t really eat clean but I try to just eat decently well.  Make sure to include all types of exercise: cardio, weight training, and intervals in order to get the best results.  You can do it, you will look amazing!
