I bought a pair of earrings from Amazon because I had a gift card. I was planning on wearing them to a wedding next week. Lo and behold they arrived (late) and with a stone missing in a very obvious place!
I emailed the seller and they basically told me, too fucking bad, send them back and we’ll go from there. The stone wasn’t in the package so they basically knowingly sent out broken earrings.
Does anyone else expect that when they buy things, they actually arrive in good condition? Crazy idea, I know.

@musician32992: That’s awful!!
If they give you a problem I think you should go to Amazon with your complaint. I’ve never had to wiht something like that but they were very understanding about two things and I think they’d take it seriously.
I have always had a great experience with amazon sellers! Seriously, the one time I opened a brand new CD by one of my favorite bands and the CD was the right one and all but the music was some random gospel music! I explained the situation and got my money back. So strange though!
