Well, I’m a jerk! First let me say it was a total accident and I feel really bad 🙁
I usually do not fall asleep until 1:30 a.m. or 2:00 and I usually sleep great until about 4 or 4:30.
Every morning like clockwork, Fiance gets up at 4:30 and starts to leave for work, he has never, ever in 3 years not come in and told me goodbye, I love you and gave me a kiss……well after this morning that might change.
Apparently I was having an incredibly vivid nightmare, I remember running and someone catching me, unfortunately for Fiance him telling me goodbye and the nightmare ran together and I ended up punching him and I guess I wasn’t totally awake because I did it again! OMG poor guy, my e-ring scratched his face and nose and his eye is slightly black!
I feel awful but in a way I can’t help but laugh, he took it like a champ and knowing him, since he’s such a jokster, will not let me live it down at Thanksgiving dinner!

haha, oh man!
That’s okay. My Darling Husband is the worlds heaviest sleeper (major jealous), and the other night he elbowed me right in the eye, I yelled ow! and since he wasn’t awake he said “so” and rolled over, ha. We just laugh about these things. 🙂

Aww…at least now I can tell Fiance that at least I didn’t punch him. I had a dream last night that he is not going to let me live down…apparently I cheated on him…with him! Like I was married to him and dating him at the same time, and dream me was racked with guilt and confused as to why the man I was married to and the man I was dating looked so familiar and had the same names and everything!
Told Fiance when I woke up and he’s like “Of course…I’m too awesome to just marry. Of course you’d want to date me too” d’oh!

Lol oh damn. I hit my Fiance in my sleep before as well. Nothing this dramatic, but he was afraid for a while lol.

Luckily for me the only things I’ve punched in my sleep were inanimate. I did one wake up because I was driving my fist into the wooden part of my bed. I actually managed to bruise my knuckles :/

Hahahaha it is kind of funny. Poor guy, but obviously he knows it wasn’t on purpose or anything. It’ll just make for a good story!

@MrsFarm0619: OK, so maybe this isn’t the best, but don’t you feel slightly awesome knowing that you could protect yourself?

@MrsFarm0619: Poor guy! I’ve done this to Fiance on multiple occasions. The worst was when I had a dream that he was checking out another girl’s boobs (something he’d never do in front of me IRL), and in my dream I elbowed him in the ribs. Turns out I also elbowed him, HARD, in real life. Oops.

@MrsFarm0619: Lol omg that’s awful! It’s amazing what we do in our sleep. I passed out during a novicain shot during a minor surgery, and my mom I guess was trying to wake me up, and I kicked her. After I woke up I saw her standing in the corner, and she was SO pissed off looking. After the surgery I got up and I could barely walk. I had pulled a muscle in the back of my leg from kicking so hard, and my mom was like a grumpy cat: GOOD.

@MrsFarm0619: Awe the poor guy! Things like this happen all of the time to both of us.
When he first got back from Iraq I didn’t realize how sensitive his PTSD was (I was 18 or 19 at the time) and I decided to wake him up by running in and jumping on the bed. He sat straight up, fist out, (did NOT hit me though)but could have, and wow that terrified me…
Then more recently we were at a friends house and we both got really drunk, I was also sick so I took nyquill before bed (bad idea, I know) so I was blacked out – and apparently also hogging the air mattress. He kept asking me to move over and give him room and I *allegedly* said no and told him to sleep on the floor. And he did, until like 4 am.
I felt TERRIBLE! I love my SO to death and I would never be so cruel! We’re both mean sleepers lol

Oh Bees we are totally different people when we sleep!!!!
@Mars62312 It is good to know that I could defend myself and hilarious all at the same time.
I can only imagine what he is telling the guys at work today, I’m sure I’ll get an ear ful from them at the Christmas party!

@MrsFarm0619: oh God! Lol! I am so sorry for you and your Fiance, in a funny kind of way hehehe. The perks of living together, can’t wait for me to have this sort of stories to tell!!
hehe I hope his face is OK

That made me laugh out loud. What a great story for a Tuesday morning. LOL

The last two months I’ve whacked Fiance in the face TWICE in my sleep.
The first time I SWEAR I was going in to cuddle him when he came to bed. Well turns out my internal clock was waaay off and he had been there for two hours. I woke him up by throwing my arm into his face!
It was supposed to be a hug 🙁
The second time was last week, I don’t know what was going on but I threw my arm into his face again hahaha he was so annoyed (but we both laugh about it)
The worst he’s ever done to me in his sleep is gone on a adventure in college – he was sleepwalking, I was awake and had to follow him around the dorms! Unfortunatley this was real life and not a dream, hahaha
