To being a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding. I actually asked her to be in mine but she dropped out. Either way I’m extremely happy for her and since she said all we have to do as far as the dress is wear the color, and I already have a gorgeous long gown in the color that has been approved, I’m set. She did ask that I take on a responsibility for the day of, but I’m happy to do it (I think, lol, let’s see if it gets stressful). The timing of the wedding is even great because it falls right in the center of winter break so I have time before and time after. Plus it’s on a Sunday so my hubby will be available to ME all day.
So everything is rainbows and sunshine in star_dust land right now except for one thing: losing weight. I desperately need to lose weight. Not to fit in to the actual dress, but to avoid looking like a heiffer in it, especially next to the other bridesmaids. Being photographed is my worst nightmare, but I will be at her wedding. I want to look good, but more importantly I want to feel good. I know the steps I need to take to lose 30 lbs. I was super great about it over the summer but have gotten off of it a little since the year started up again.
Bees I need your help. I need advice for staying strong and on my path and fighting temptations. South Beach diet has worked for me in the past, just as an aside. So please bees, give me all your best bridesmaid fit and trim advice and if anyone wants to be fitness buddies, I’m here!
