You can do it!!! Start small, with manageable goals… cut soda, cut sugar, etc. Try to get into the gym 3 times per week, drink lots of water!! Your body will remember how to function more efficiently- at 1-2 lbs per week, you can lose a huge amount of weight by the holidays! 🙂

My best advice is start playing a team sport! Its SO much fun and you dont even notice that you are exercising! I had no experience when I started playing ball hockey last season and I went from 140 to 125 in 4 months. Of course, I was watching what I ate…but not crazy! Healthy during the week and then anything I wanted on the weekends 🙂
