I don’t have tips but I do feel your pain.  Nothing fits right, shirts, bathing suit tops UGGGGG.

I lost 30 pounds and nothing in the boobs. Same bra size as you. I’m looking into a breast reduction if they don’t get any smaller when I reach my final goal.

@ilybride52513:  Your crazy, I want bigger 🙂 If I lose weight, they are the first to go!

I just saw that you are a Dirty Delete, I assumed with your height and weight you were somewhat proportionate to me…but obviously not. Sorry I’m not much help!

congrats on the weight loss.  surgery notwithstanding, i’m not really sure.  if you do chest targeted exercises, they’ll just make your pectoral muscles bigger – thus making your boobs look bigger.

i wish we could direct where and how much fat was lost from each body part…

Give some of them to me? Haha, obviously just kidding, but if only it worked that way…I don’t know of any way to zero in on that area, I’m not really sure it’s possible. But you can totally rock cute tops and swimsuits, just gotta look for things where you won’t have too much showing, rather than the opposite problem of having to look specially for things that will make that area look larger.

I feel you!  I started out as a 38Dirty Delete, lost a ton of weight, and just went down to a 34Dirty Delete.  I never lose anything in my chest :/

You mostly hear stories of girls wanting bigger boobs never smaller ones. I always wanted to get my boobs done but after hearing from my large chested friends how uncomfortable and annoy they can be I quickly changed my mind. I dont know personally how you feel but have many friends in your situation and no matter how much they work out the boobs never seem to go away. I’m not musch help jsut want to offer my support! Congrats on the weight loss!

Losing weight in your breasts is a myth — either they deflate like balloons are stubbornly cling to the fat!!! I am a 40H or something, I’ve almost stopped counting at this point, and see a chiropractor biweekly. I’ve also been denied BR surgery by multiple health insurance providers. Still hope lives on in me… the audacity!

If you’re unhappy with them, I would suggest looking into surgery. I would also suggest weight training to strengthen back muscles, but you didn’t mention any pain. Well, besides emotional, with which I sincerely and deeply commiserate!!

There’s not really a good way to target weight loss unfortunately.  I’m the same height as you, about 10 stone (140lb) but with the exact opposite problem – whenever I lose weight my boobs shrink down to nothing when really I’m trying so hard to lose leg weight.  I just can’t shift it, while up top I end up with more and more room in my bras…  *sigh*  It may be that surgery is the only option for you, but that’s obviously very drastic.  Speak to your doc if it’s bothering you though.

Me too!  ESPECIALLY on the bathing suit topic…I honestly feel like I have to wear a halter style, but then my neck hurts so much after like four hours.  And don’t get me started on how cute but impossible bandeau tops are.  At any rate, congrats on your weight loss!  I’m heavy right now, so the bra I just bought is 38DDD but even after I’d lost 40lbs I was still a 36Dirty Delete and because I’m 5’2″ I just look silly.
