and I’m really nervous. I haven’t been back in school for almost two years now and while I know I can do it I’m fearful of my stress levels and management. I’ll be planning the wedding, taking three classes, working almost full time, and trying to be promoted. It’s going to be rough but I know I can do it. 🙂 I just know it’s going to be a lot.
Anyone else going back this next semester?

Oh girl it’s too stressful for me to be working full time and in two classes. My thoughts are with you, good luck!

I started my masters about a year before my wedding. My wedding was also in November. I did however take off the semester of my wedding because I needed the extra time to get last minute things done. I’m glad, I did that, will you be taking off or cutting your classes down real low in the fall?
I am starting classes again in January. I again, took the fall semester off this year. I don’t think I can take another fall semester off again til I graduate. Good luck!

@ttn133: Thank you so much! Luckily I’m still working towards my Associates only so I will be taking off next fall in order to plan the wedding. I’d still be in classes the day of the wedding and I know that wouldn’t work out if I wanted to take a honeymoon. Plus, that whole thing would be way too stressful for me to handle. It’ll be bad enough I’ll be finishing up the semester eight months before the wedding. LOL

School and work together is so stressful. I’ve been in school full time since 2008 so I really needed to do the long engagement (planning since last year) to space out the different things I needed to work on. I will be so happy when I’m done in May. Definitely a good idea to take off next fall. How could they except you to focus?!?

You can do it girl! I took 5 courses at my University while planning our wedding and working 20 hours a week. It can be done 🙂

Thank you! At least i’ve been really good about getting a lot of the wedding done already. i have gotten almost every vendor booked, my dress bought, picked out the tuxes, and the bridesmaid dresses, colors, and worked on centerpieces. i even have my entire wardrobe selected, I just need to buy a few more things. Basically besides invites and possibly Save-The-Date Cards I just have to book the baker and the photographer and work on the vows for the ceremony. I’m really glad I’ve gotten a head start on things because otherwise I would probably be freaking out.
