I don’t have a signature polish. I get bored with the same color after a while.

I literally have over 200 bottles of nail polish so I could never stick with just one color. I do wear various shades of blue and green most often though.

I have like five or six different polishes in a range from pale pale sheer pink to watermelon to dusty rose.  I have the Essie version of the color you posted on right now.  Those are colors that work for me (I am also very pale in a pink and cream at the same time kind of way so typical “pale person” colors don’t always work for me) and I don’t like to venture outside of them. I also find that the more bright/distinct from my skin tone a color is, the more often I have to redo it and that is not high on my prioity list.  So I would say that while I don’t have a signature color, I do have a very small and quite neutral range.

IF i were to have a signature shade it would probably be OPI’s sweet memories. Which is totally plain jane and not me.

I am similar to your co-worker (Sorry!) I have WAY TOO many polishes (red’s blue’s purple’s green’s orange’s very few yellow.. and so on).. I have a custom rack and even that isn’t enough. I do funky colors and nail art but that pale pink is my “pallette cleanser”. I love it.

OPI: Bubble Bath. Its a translucent creamy pink that just makes my nails look healthy and…polished…heh.

I think your idea is fantastic and I may consider adopting it even though I get my nails done regularly at the salon.  My color does stay the same in 2 week increments, but from now on, I may just keep the same shade!  It looks great on you and very professional, clean and polished. Classic!

I sort of do…

I do some sort of variation of this color.

In the spring, I rend to go a little more bright and pink.  In the summer, I go more purple.  In the fall I do a more golden red.  During the winter, I go straight red.

I’m an OPI bubble bath girl, too!  I wore it on my wedding day with a shade of blue on my ring fingers :).

Third vote here for OPI Bubble Bath.  And OPI Every Month is Oktoberfest in the cooler months.

I always use Essie “Better Together” from the 2011 wedding collection… got it on sale soemwhere two years ago and I LOVE it.
I’m like you though – this is a mini bottle, and I don’t do my nails frequently… I’m running low so yikes! I don’t think they sell it anymore!
I might need to check out OPI Bubble Bath… looks pretty comparable.

i have over 200 bottles of nailpolish. so i don’t have a specific signature one. however, i’ve gone through two bottles of essie’s “sugar daddy”. it’s my “i don’t have time to do a fun color, i’ll just put this on my nails so it looks like they’re done” color. i wear it between my fun colors.

@MrsRevolutionize:  I don’t have a signature polish, but I seem to buy a lot of blue polish… I hardly ever wear it though – I worked as a waitress in high school so wasn’t allowed to wear it, so I never got the practise of putting it one well. I’m getting better, but then it chips like the next day and I’m just like “Ugh, why did I waste all my time on that?”
