just dress normally but make sure you are well put together. you dont want to be over dressed during these events and feel silly. just be yourself and dress as you normally would

I would dress in something classic.  Not too trendy, over accesorized, garish or revealing.

And please get a manicure, I hate seeing home manicures in ring shots.

    CongraTs!!!

I voted football game because that’s where I want to be proposed to!  I have no advice but just want to say I am going through what you are.  My SO has also dropped hints that it’s going to happen this fall, so I am on pins and needles over here.

Wear a pretty dress, nothing too short or too revealing – class it up – and get a mani!

SO MUCH FUN!  Good luck and keep us posted!  ๐Ÿ™‚

HAHA Umm..I was in total workout gear with yoga pants and sneakers…and the ugliest red chipped nail polish.  My sneaky man totally caught me off guard!!

If your man is anything like mine, all those dates are to throw you off-track! ๐Ÿ™‚  Ahhhhhh.. have fun!!  This is so exciting.  And it will be one of the sweetest memories you’ll ever have.. something to tell your future grandchildren Wink

I’m kind of in the same boat! We picked out the ring design and are having it custom made and I know he went to the jeweler yesterday. Anyways, I wish I knew less because I want to be surprised. But at the same time I want to know more. I’m nosy. He said he already has a plan and is certain I won’t be expecting it when he does it. I’m a little worried that knowing too much will take away from the expirience a little though ๐Ÿ™

I’m not really a dress-kind of girl, so I’d probably wear a light sweater shirt, a blazer, some flattering jeans, and some boots (I like boots with heels that you don’t tuck into your jeans, but the flat boots you wear skinny jeans with work, too) because it’s fall.
