@Aubergold:  Goodbye posts are better than just disappearing!  Sorry your timelines have gotten screwed up.  I hope things work out for you both career-wise and wedding-wise.  If you do end up doing something with just the two of you, still come back and post about it!

You will be greatly missed!  I’ve always enjoyed reading your posts, and I hope to see you back on here soon.  This is so much more than just a wedding site, and if you guys do elope (which is an awesome idea, too) there’s no reason you have to leave.  Good luck!  *hugs*

@Aubergold: Maybe you can take a break instead? I know when mother nature threw the ultimate monkey wrench in my Jamaican wedding extravaganza the LAST thing I wanted to hear/read about was how other bees weddings were going off without a hitch, and how wonderful and fabulous life was for them and their plans. I posted less and took some time to come to terms with everything and I ended up getting right back in the swing of things. My wedding will definitely be different than originally planned…and it took me a LONG time to come to terms with that…but eventually I did.

Even if it’s just a trip to the Justice of the Peace with dinner afterwards, I would still like to hear how things went. Pop in from time to time to say hello. Good luck with everything and I will definitely be rooting for you.

Don’t leave! ๐Ÿ™

I just got here a few months ago, but I love your posts! And you’re a fellow black Catholic bee, too. ๐Ÿ™‚

Ok, I understand, but also this was probably a highly emotional day so don’t make any rash decisions. Hopefully you will still feel that this community is valuable to you. Just take some time and reconsider. Hugs!
