Stay motivated!  It will happen and trust me from experience, seeing the scale go down and feeling better is so much fun!!

I wish I could see changes overnight!  Kepe a pinterest board of fitness inspiration to look at when you feel your motivation dwindling!

@FutureMrs86:  Good for you!!  Keep up the good work.  I’m sure you’ll start seeing changes in a couple weeks if you stay dedicated!

@FutureMrs86:  I will be rooting for you!  Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see the pounds come off, just know that muscle is denser than fat so even if you lost fat but gained muscle, the pounds might not budge on the scale as much as you want.

I feel the exact same way!  I have been working out – with a personal trainer – and watching what I eat for one week exactly and every day I’m like…..ugh, still fat.  Lol!

I’m not a very patient person at all, so things like this are a big challenge for me.  I have to find my motivation elsewhere, because I’m sure not going to find it on the scale or in the mirror instantly with this.

I try to remember, “if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got” when I’m feeling like I don’t want to work out or I do want to eat too much.  Good luck!

Measure yourself!!!  If you’re working out you will likely build muscle.  You may or may not lose pounds on the scale but your body composition can & will change.  You’ll notice more of a difference in your SIZE than your WEIGHT.  Stay motivated- keep up the hard work!!

I felt that way when I started working out… I lost like 5lbs the first month and then it took like another 4 months to lose another 5 lbs.  Then I stopped eating most carbs and lost nearly another 10 lbs in about 6 weeks.  That’s when I really felt like I could see the changes in the morning!

Ugh, I know how you feel.  I’ve been working out for years and still wonder the same thing, will things ever improve beyond this?! (Um, probably not.)  I keep telling myself I’m not doing it for the way I look, I’m doing it for my HEALTH.  Yah!  Eh.
