I would honestly get your dress altered again. I don’t know if there’s any healthy way to gain all that back in 3 weeks and at your height, I think that weight is still considered a healthy BMI.

What if you tone up? That should help a little. Meanwhile, focus on eating very healthy – getting good fats, such as those found in avocado, nuts, etc. You may need to get the dress altered anyway. Good luck!

Keep track of your calories.  Figure out what your average calories is in a day, and then add about 500 more a day.  That will get you gaining about one lbs a week.  Try eating more carbs, things with good oil in/on them (like sauteed veggies), high calorie and fat nuts, and if all else fails- there’s no meat in potato chips 😉

To My dearst ladies update…So I have been eating like a crazy ladie!!! I put on five pounds!

And birth control has made my boobs bigger! Yeah.. So long story short the dress fits like a glove whoo hoo..
