I have that app, but I hadn’t really used it.  I might have to start using it after this rave review!

I also have nike+ that I’ve been neglecting :

That’s a great app! Downloading now!

Oh, and Jennarationnext – get using that Nike+.  I seriously get so excited when it tells me I set a new personal best in the mile 🙂

Thats awesome, congrats!  I find it hard using that because I cook alot so I would have to enter each ingredient seperately and then also keep in mind the portion because I know I eat more than the standard “deck of cards” portion.  Maybe Ill give it a try though!

Oh!! I also highly recommend the LoseIt! app – I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and just keeping track of how much I was eating, I’ve already lost 5 lbs.  I joined a gym and started exercising this week too, and you can also input any exercise you do.  It then subtracts those calories burned from the ones you’ve eaten, and it has every exercise I’ve managed to do already pre-programmed in.  I really love that it’s free, too 🙂

Do you know for the exercise part of it, what you would put in if you do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred?  I know I burn alot more than the 100 calories it says by putting in the different exercises.

For those of you who don’t have an iPhone (me included), Livestrong has their dailyplate tool which tracks your weight and what you eat on a daily basis (you have to log in and enter each thing you eat). I keep it as my homepage and find that I tend to enter everything when I’m using my own computer.

And yes! It’s a real eye-opener!
