@bestbuddies:  Well done! It sounds like you have it all figured out! Keep up the good work, it’s really inspiring. I guess it shouldn’t be so hard for me to lose those last ten pounds.

Congratulations!  That’s quite an accomplishment!  Eating better totally changed my life, and I will never eat the crap I used to eat ever again.

I’m working on losing at least 50 myself.  I’m at 44 lbs. right now, hoping to hit the big 5-0 sometime in June.

@bestbuddies:  How do you eat? It sound like we eat very similarly. I am vegan, gluten free, don’t eat soy, sugar (or any other sweetener), prcoessed foods, GMOs etc. I only eat whole foods. I have been eating this way for 2+ years. I will never ever ever go back. People see how I eat and what I don’t eat and can’t believe the “self control” I have. If they saw me before (eating a cake in one day on a regular basis and eating a cheese pizza by myself), they would realize I am not known for my self control. Once I got rid of all that stuff, it just became natural and easy for me to not want any of it. I literally don’t crave anything I no longer eat. I cringe when I see fast food commercials. My mouth started watering the other day over a nice juicy apple on TV (turns out it was a commercial for an apple scented air freshener! lol). My theory is this; once you get rid of junk, your body no longer has a taste for it. I tried a million times to moderate junk food and it never worked. Only completely eliminating it all has worked for me. Anyway, you look amazing! I’m sure you feel great too. I can’t imagine how many years you’ve added to you rlife.

@bestbuddies:  Congrats. Your success is amazing.  I’m hoping to do the same by the time I get married in 13 months.  (I have about 100# to lose.) Thanks for sharing your success!
