milksteak :  yay!!!!!! Now get yourself a ring hero ASAP. It’s a wrist band to wear while you’re working out, and you just zip your rings inside it. I love mine โœจโœจโœจ

ahsoka :  wow how haven’t I heard about this? I just ordered mine in jet black. They are having a sale for $19.99! I’m thinking about ordering the navy color so it will match my scrubs. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Wahoo! So glad you found it!

I forget to take mine off all the time before I leave for the gym and realize at the gym, there’s no way I am leaving it the gym locker it’s safest on my finger! I work out with it on several times a week!

This happened at my gym with my best friend.  It’s a real upmarket gym & you’d hope anyone would hand it in.

Gym staff were so unhelpful and the next day I got my friend to say to the gym staff that she wanted to put flyers around the gym.  Do this! Then all of a sudden one of the gym staff had been into the gym changing rooms & just saw the ring on the ground. So bad!!! This was 24 hours later & many people had been through the gym plus it had been cleaned by cleaners.

What would have really happened is a lovely gym member handed in the ring to gym reception and then the gym staff member kept the ring. They knew if my friend put up flyers around the gym, the person who handed the ring in would’ve approached them.

So please put up flyers.

Update – just saw you found it. Thank God

Get yourself a silicone ring!  I have two that I change up to wear to the gym. It gets me in the habit of taking off my ring and putting something else on. On the off-chance I forget to take it off, I’ve put my rings in the center console of my car and lock it. It’s safer in there.

milksteak :  Basically it’s just habit.  Buy yourself a ring dish (or several) or a box and make sure you you always put your rings in the same place when you take them off.  I have a bowl where my keys and wallet go when I get home.  I have a dish for my jewelry on my vanity.  You just create specific places for your important things, make it habit to use them, and don’t have to worry about forgetting where you put them.
