That dress is stunning!!

I spent $6,000 on mine and still need to have it altered, buy a veil and shoes.

Beautiful dress!  In 5 years, the dress will still be beautiful and you won’t miss the $300!

My budget was $1000 but I ended up spending $1800 on dress and veil.  Not sure about alterations yet.  Very worth the splurge!

That’s a gorgeous dress!  And fits you like a glove!

I have my mom to thank for getting the price of my dress lowered (and buying it!).  It was originally $1200 and she bargained it down to $950 (no tax!).  On top of that, she also added a clause – that whatever the alteration was – the max I’ll be paying is $50!

I bought my Marisa for $1750–but I guess that’s the price I have to pay for a dress that I love! (Plus–I did not want to go dress shopping any more! I was so sick of it!!)

My general budget hope was to be under $1k. The dress I bought retails for $1350, but I ended up paying $1080 for it. I only need minimal alternations, which the bridal shop said should be under $300. I don’t want to wear a veil, so no cost there.

The best part was mom totally surprised me and paid $500 of the cost – so I got a $1350 dress for under $600!! Woot for mom!

I was looking in the up-to-$1500 range and not finding anything. Although I saw a few I loved that were RIDICULOUSLY out of my budget (like $3-$5k). I ended up with a brand-new dress for $325.45 w/tax. I expect my alterations to be a max of $200.

My original budget was about $600 as well, but after branching out and looking into designer dresses (by designers I had never even heard of before I started looking), I moved my budget up to $900. I’m still hoping to stay toward the lower end of the 600-900 range, but I didn’t want to limit myself too much by price.

I figure in the grand scheme of things, I only plan on getting married once so I might as well get a dress I really love even if it’s a little more than I planned on spending!

You and the dress are absolutely stunning. Definitely flatters your figure. My dress is custom made and will cost $650. No alterations needed. Yay!

Beautiful on you!  Great find!  My budget is 3K, but that has to include alterations, so really I’m looking at $2500.

My budget was $1500..my dress was listed at $1700 but for some reason it was 50% off even though it is a brand new Mikaella gown!! So total with tax was $874 then I will need alterations and I am probably going to get my veil through http://www.bestbridalprices.com they have SO many dresses and other things there (bridesmaids, flower girls, veils, etc) for SO cheap!

hmm, my budget was $2-$3k, went to a kleinfeld’s sample sale, not expecting to buy anything, and ended up with a badgley mischka which was originally 8k, but ended up getting it for $3,829!!..it was over my budget, but the reaction that i got from myself, sister, mom and dad, made the dress sooo worth it…plus don’t need too much alteration cuz the dress fit nicely!!!

Your dress looks gorgeous on you!

My budget was about 1500-2000 and the first dress I found was 695. I was really excited and had ordered it but then started to have dress regret and was able to cancel the order. Now I’ve found a dress thats 1200 and I LOVE it, plus it’ll be ordered hollow to hem so the only alterations I’ll hopefully have to do is a bustle.

What a beautiful dress!

I spent about $800 on my dress (without alterations) and it was a Casablanca dress.
