Maybe I lucked out (or am I missing out? haha), but my baby (or me?) craves more healthy foods. Like fruit and veggies, yogurt, and salad.

I have an aversion to anything fried/greasy/heavy. I’m also sensitive to fatty things (like braised short ribs taste too fatty) and sweet things (like apple pie with too much sugar). I ate a ton during week 5 of pregnancy but after that, my appetite has been normal or less depending on if I get nauseous from eating.

I think the worst cravings so far have been Reese’s peanut butter cups and double chocolate chip muffins. I mostly have just random cravings of a particular food or dish that I may like and my Darling Husband has been good about agreeing to go out to eat when those cravings hit!

I (shamefully) have been wanting Big Macs. I cant get enough and before pregnancy I proabably hadnt had one in 10 years.

I cried over tortilini the other night. I served Darling Husband and myself dinner. He finished his portion and asked if I wanted any that was left in the pan. I told him “No, go ahead and finish it off!”

BIG MISTAKE. Baby did in fact want some more.

I ended up tearing up and then full on crying and Darling Husband felt terrible, even though I gave him the go ahead to eat the rest. Ugh being pregnant is hard. lol

I wish I could eat enough to pig out 😞 I can pretty much nibble on plain food throughout the day and might have a sour patch kid or two to help with nausea but that’s the extent of it

Man, lucky you that you want to/can eat so much at 10 weeks! I really struggled with eating anything for so long, until at least 14-15 weeks. Now at 23 weeks my appetite is kicking up and I am very hungry all the time, especially in the middle of the night and through the morning until lunch. I can’t say I’ve really eaten anything outrageous but I did cry for like 4 hours on Sunday because we stopped for lunch at an interstate oasis while traveling and both my first (a McDonald’s bacon egg and cheese biscuit) and second (Panera blueberry bagel with berry cream cheese) choices were unavailable. Like, literally just cried and cried. Eeek.

All carbs all the time!! From the beginning I’ve pretty much wanted a bagel everyday.

I’m 20w and I’d say for the first 16w or so I was hungry a lot but couldn’t manage to eat much in one sitting. I could barely finish a meal. Now I’m all about that food life. Last week I had Mexican food 4 times!!!

Carbs and cheese, especially when my nausea was at its worst. And my appetite is outrageous now. The other day I got a Wendy’s chicken nugget meal on my way home from Target, then had a full bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, and then finished off a frozen pizza….. all within like 3 hours.

I’m also pushing 10 weeks now and am finally past having food aversions and morning sickness. Last night I ate a whole bag of potato chips and a tub of dip (before dinner). This morning I got tearful over the amazing smell and taste of a sausage roll 😂😂

I’ve only gained a couple pounds so far though and I swear most of that is from severe constipation (sorry for Too Much Information hahaha)

I made and ate a full Thanksgiving dinner. It was a month before Thanksgiving.

…but I got it in my head and it sounded really good (and of course I made and ate it again for the real thing ha ha).

I’m 19 weeks and basically eat any and every carb available, and orange juice…so much orange juice!

I’m not pregnant but when my best friend was pregnant she craved McDonald’s McGriddles.  This was before McDonald’s served breakfast all day so she would get 3 or 4 on her way to work, eat 2 in the car, then save the others for lunch.

She hasn’t had one since she had the baby.  In fact she can’t stand them!  I’ve heard a lot of women hating the food they craved during pregnancy.
