I agree that they need to be reprinted, particularly because of the groom’s name being misspelled. That having been said, I don’t think I would necessarily get that wrapped around the axle about something like “thier.” If someone is going to be such a snob that they are going to tease you, not come, or think less of you because you had a typo then they don’t seem to me like someone who I’d want to waste my time and worrying about paying their $100/plate dinner. But then again, my friends all know that my having a graduate degree has not stopped me from being a hot mess at times and the invitations were not something that were that important to me or somewhere that I wanted to spend my money. If the invites were perfect, they probably wouldn’t believe that they were actually coming from me.
That all having been said, I agree the faux pas with the groom name pretty much dooms you to reprinting.
