Hmm…silver shouldn’t do that. I wonder if they sent you a ‘silver plated’ ring, instead of solid silver.

Yeah, I would call the customer service, and tell them what happened. They should give you a full refund…but that still stinks that you got what you wanted and it was a scam 🙁

@tracieszcz: What does the description say on the website? Sterling silver? Or Silver Plated?

Call T&Co and see what they say.

@tracieszcz: weird. The same thing happened with my wedding band..i cant even wear it now! I was told my body was either low on iron or the coating they are supposed to put on wasnt done properlly, either way I would call Tiffanys. 🙁
