Ok breathe date twin. I am in a similar boat financially so I can understand your worries.

Calm down!!! Stress is not good for the body! Take a few deep breaths. And try to prioritize things so it can be checked off one by one.

I wish we lived in the same city because I would so do your hair, your fingernails and I would even set up your tables and chairs all for free!

But since I’m not there to help… I wish you the best.

I am sorry you’re going through such a stressful time.  I empathize with you.  I realized, a while back, that I can depend on no one other than myself to make this wedding happen.  That is the reason I started planning so early, so I’d have time to do everything by myself, since I know I won’t be getting any help from anyone.  If I had one word to describe my wedding planning process, it’d be “lonely”.  I have no close friends.  Ten months from my wedding date, I have no bridesmaids.  It takes a lot out of me, some days.  There are times where I just want to say forget the whole thing.  But, I remind myself why I am doing this, and that is all that matters.

And why is your Fiance buying his daughter’s friend a dress?  That is a little weird to me…

@CanadianMermaid: LOL was just about to suggest the same thing!

Deep breaths! At the end of the day, you two will be married and that’s all that matters.

@MrsCypresstobe: Take a breather for a Moment…

If people have yet to show up…Tell them too bad so sad

If people dont show up, the day will still go on

If you have a friend that will be there for your wedding in  the event that the planner is a no show, I would show him/her everything just in case

Get your bridesmaids together to help you set up instead of the caterer.

HUGS FROM A FELLOW BEE AND GOOD LUCK
