I am very confident in my wedding planning skills it is just that I need somone to actually decorate my reception area. I have contacted wedding planners and it seems absurd for me to fork over $700 for somone to string a few lights, hang a few paper lanterns and arrange the escort cards.
I would do this myself, however, the winery closes at 5PM and our cermony starts at 5:30. There is no WAY in heck that I am going to be doing the said tasks 30 minutes prior to saying “I do”.
I have guests coming in for the event from different states, so the last thing I want them to do is show up and decorate, although I know they will in a heartbeat.
I am tempted to contact a local sorority…
