Hi bees! Please help!
I am in the south jersey/philly area and I am in need of a serious seamstress! I need a french bustle and a really really good seamstress. I need an excellent reccomendation.
I don’t need much done, just the bustle and I need some taken off the bottom, but the bottom has intrecate lace that I want to stay with the gown, (it is not a straight hem)
