(Closed) I need an exercise plan…please help!

I am really into fitness. After my first son and birth control I was 172 and now I’m stayed at 132 for 3 years. Just remember you have to PUSH yourself if you want to see results.

Sometimes a one hour walk is not enough to get results. Find ways to make it enjoyable for yourself either by dancing in your room and throwing in some pushups, planks, and squats. Also putting on some headphones and jogging and pushing yourself to run faster/further can feel so good!  

Also, carbs are so important in weight loss. Avoid juices and more that 3 fruits a day because the sugar just turns into fat. Drinking a lot of water makes a big difference. Vitamins too. And replace pasta, cereal, breads with whole grains.

I’m doing (and have done in the past) the 30 day shred and some of Jillian Michael’s other DVDs and have seen wonderful results in not just weight loss, but losing inches and toning muscles.
