We are providing transportation to and from our wedding as it occurs over CWS weekend and there will be alot of drinking involved. I would like the guest to check a box if they would like transportation, but I am unsure how to word it.
(This is what we have)
As our wedding occurs over CWS weekend, we are please to offer our guests complimentary transportation to and from the festivities.
(This is what we need)
____ (wants transportation – how do I put this)

i have no idea what cws weekend is and why that effects your transportation?
i would just put, “for your convenience, we are pleased to offer complimentary transportation to and from the festivites (or between the wedding and X hotel). please check the box if you plan to utilize our shuttles”

It is College World Series, and is crazin in omaha during those weeks. We will be picking people up at their homes if the would like it. Ours friends (most of those who will use it) will be drinking and a ton of them have DUI’s. We just want to make sure everyone gets home safe. Most of the families are staying at hotels with shuttles.

I’d make them pick one of two options like:
___ Thanks, I’d love a ride!
___ No thanks, I prefer to drive myself
ETA: I didn’t see that you’re going to pick people up from their homes (super nice btw)… I think you should make that clear because if I saw that invite I would assume that it meant only non-local guests. Maybe something like “We want our guests to fully enjoy our celebration, so we are happy to offer door-to-door transportation to and from your home for the evening”
