My colors are Gray, Yellow, and White and I am getting married Sunday August 22, 2010. I have no idea what to do for centerpieces. Please post ideas. My budget is about 12-15 per table. Some people are advising me against DIY saying that if I do something that involves buying real flowers in bulk I’ll have problems finding somewhere to store them and that if I buy my own vases it’ll be a waste of money because I won’t need them after the wedding. Any advice will be apprciated : ). P.S I’m not picky so anything that looks nice and elegant and is easy to do will work.

You can buy glass vases by the case on the Dollar Tree website. So what if you never use them again, they’re only a dollar!
If you want fresh flowers, do you have a flower market nearby? If not, there are a lot of good wholesale florists online: Fifty Flowers, Blooms by the Box, etc. They can deliver the flowers on the date you choose so you don’t really have to store them.

Also, keep in mind that you can sell the vases after you buy them too 🙂
For inexpensive flowers & arrangements, you can go with carnations, either yellow or white!
The last pic is from my wedding. I found the vases at a wholesale glass store for $6 each & the carnations were about $3 per arrangement, for a total of $9 per centerpeice AND I sold the vases after the wedding!
