Out of all things wedding related, I am on top of this music thing. I never thought I’d hit a bump in the road, but it looks as though I have. There is a song I love:
I wanted it to be played at my grandmother’s funeral, but there were too many chiefs in that situation, so I let it go. I decided it would be an awesome song to play at the wedding (before I walk down the aisle) as a memorial to my grandparents. Last night I was contemplating how the whole thing would go, and had the idea that this song could be played when our mothers and FI’s grandmothers are seated in conjunction with being a memorial song (because this song really reminds me of my grandmother and technically she would be being seated at this time, too). But, is that appropriate? Or should I choose a separate song for the seating and play this song beforehand?
