Not a huge fan of the moss, I was going to use it in my centerpieces as well but didn’t like how it looked. What about using navy blue water beads with a LED light in it?

My very first thought…that is a lot of red. But if you want that as a dominant color then it it perfect. I would recommend some tea lights or lanterns (small) around the base to give it dimension.

Maybe taller vases with a little less red and fewer, taller branches? Like this but with your colors…

ETA: And I’m not a fan of the moss either, maybe water instead?

I totally agree with keeping it short! I hate trying to look around a centerpiece. That being said, put yours on a table and sit two chairs on opposite sides and have someone sit in the other and see if you can still make eye contact. Under that height should be where you’re shooting for. I’d also recommend fewer branches. I like them, they’re just a bit much. I, personally, like the moss, but glass owuld also look nice.

It needs some blue! Maybe a thick navy ribbon wrapped around the vase? I don’t mind the moss at all since its a garden wedding but yeah, maybe a blue ribbon.

I kinda feel like it is too wide. I think you can make it more narrow, which imo, will make it more elegant, without making it taller… I don’t know. The branches seem too thick to me, but I tend to be a minimalist.

@KatieLu:  I’m not quite sure why would you think that having tall branches in short vases would be less of a visual obstruction. Those branches seem to fall in line or very close to your guest’s line of sight.

We had 33″ high candelabras and they in fact were perfect for not getting in anyone’s way.

Who knows maybe I’m crazy. When you sit at your table where do the branches fall?

I love the moss it is a lot classier than other alternatives, I am not a fan of the blue beads. I would try adding a blue ribbon and maybe two more dragon flies.
