what is your dress like? I could see you rocking a bit of a cat eye/red lip (false eye lashes can be your best friend, too). You have really pretty hair, which would work well with the half up/down. Mine was pulled back with a fascinator on the back, and stayed put all night

Ok cool. Then I would trust your stylest. 🙂 I agree with you that you do such a good job.
I’m sure they are going to ask you what your feel is, and if you want color. And then when they are done, your going to be like… Woah! I look awesome 🙂

You’re so lucky, you have curly hair and such a nice face shape so you are going to look super romantic no matter what you do! I’d play up those things. Soft, natural hair and just enough makeup to highlight and give you a nice glow. Maybe winged liner or at least lining top lids like a PP mentioned. Honestly I wish I had softer hair and features like you, don’t hide them too much 🙂

My Mum had something similar (she married in 77) I wanted to wear it for mine, but the cap had gone an awfal colour and the veil was ripped by someone who borrowed if for their wedding. It was beautiful though.

I wonder if there is something that could be done to whiten it, and maybe you could have it fixed?
I really wish I still had mine. I still have my gown -and my groom! 😉

Ah, then you have the most important bit then!
In the end my Mum chose me a veil….though I still have my eye on hers. I think it could be used for something!

If you have a good hairdresser and long hair, you can pull of MANY hairstyles. I don’t think you’re very limited in the hair department.
As for the glasses, I don’t have any good suggestions.. I guess just make sure you get eye makeup that pops. It’s good to look like yourself on your wedding day vs. someone without glasses that no one recognizes!
