LOL!  Take that anger out on Jillian and show her who’s boss!  I used to go to kickboxing classes and when we were punching on the bags, I’d imagine punching people I hated the most.  I prefer to think of it as exercise and a healthy outlet for my anger  ;o)

I’ve tried the 30DS a few times, and by day three, I get SUPER bored. I did have to mute the TV when I did it though, because she’s so anoying!

@Dandelion D:  Switch it up, thats what I do.  Instead of following Jillian everyday, I do her a couple days… go for a bike ride another, or go for a walk.  I think keeping it interesting is half the battle.

I agree that I like switching things up.  I can’t do the same video 10 days in a row even if that’s the guide for her DVDs usually.

OMG! You sound just like me!!! I’ve lost 50 pounds and then all motivation went out the window and now I’m like…just screw it!

Jillian is the worst, and you picked a hard video! I do alot of classes at my gym and I thought it was tough! Try taking some classes with your friends! In Maryland, we have a the pole dancing and chair dancing videos and there is always tons of different body styles and experience levels there- and they have $5 specials. I push myself because I want to look my best on the wedding and honeymoon, and i treat myself to frozen cool whip and berries at the end. yum!

I have never done Jilian Michaels so I cant comment on that but I do stay motivated at my gym because I make it fun by doing classes and switching things up. I rotate between Zumba, Aerobic class, Step class and a class called Body Attack (a sports insipred cardio class). These work amazing because beingin the class you are motivated by the other people doing it too and its FUN dancing and getting a workout at the same time. I also dont ever restrict what I eat on weekends. I eat very healthy all week and then come Saturday night if Fiance and I want to go out for Nachos and beer I dont restrict myself and Sunday we go out for bacon and eggs if we want. Its all about balance! You gotta make it fun!
